MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

By joining OTC Private Circle (OTCPC) members agree to be bound by the following:

No Individual Advice: OTCPC sends stock research to all members but neither OTCPC nor Cabot Wealth provides individual investment advice.

Strict Confidentiality: OTCPC is for private use with individual, personal accounts only. The low volume of these trades is what makes them so potentially lucrative. Sharing information with other traders dilutes the profits for everyone. By joining OTCPC, members agree to keep all recommendations strictly confidential.

Personal Use Only:  Brokers, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and other professionals in the business of providing investment advice to others may join OTCPC but agree under seal that the information and recommendations provided will be used for their individual personal trading accounts only.

Member Assumes Risk: Members acknowledge that all investing is inherently risky, and there is no guarantee of returns. Recommendations, opinions or suggestions are provided with the understanding that members acting on such information do so at their own discretion and at their sole risks.

Members violating the terms of this agreement will be removed from the group, forfeit their membership fee, and may be subject to legal proceedings.

Terms of this membership agreement are subject to change upon notice.

The service will begin on Tuesday, November 16, 2021.
